That is quite a book. I thought Audel's Ingenious Mechanisms and the other one that is3 or 4 volumes (I think) were huge. Thise discuss different mecanical devices, and not just a 4 bar linkage. If I remember from my mechanical engineering classes (I'm an EE) any motion one wants to design can be done with a 4 bar linkage.
